Madhesi Morcha skeptic of Dahal's support to Morcha's demands

Jul 17, 2016- Political leaders affiliated to Madhesi Morcha--an alliance of various Madhes-centric parties--took a gibe at CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal saying that he is a person who does not stick to his words.
They alleged that Dahal is skillful at altering his decisions repeatedly to favour his will.
Speaking at a function organised to mark the end of Sanghiya Gathabandhan's 16-day long relay hunger strike at Saptari district headquarters Rajbiraj on Sunday, Sanghiya Samajbadi Forum Nepal Vice-chair Renu Kumari Yadav said, "Dahal is known for changing his words to suit his desires." Yadav is a former education minister.
Dahal had reached Khullamanch in Kathmandu on Saturday to express solidarity with the Gathabandhan's leaders who were staging relay hunger strike in protest of the constitution.
It depends on Dahal whether his solidarity to our protest was just a show-off or he is truly positive with demands of Madhesi, Adivasi and Janajati, leader Yadav viewed.
Similarly, Sadbhawana Party Vice-chairman Mrigendra Kumar Singh remarked that it is to be seen in the future as to how Dahal will play his role in addressing Madhesi's grievances in the changed political context.
Another SSFN leader Shailendra Prasad Shah said: "Toppling of incumbent government led by KP Sharma Oli, who holds negative attitude towards Madhes, came as a respite to us, however, I urge Madhesi Morcha leaders not to participate in the government unless the constitution is amended to address our demands."
